easiest pancake recipe ever

Posted by Nafisa on Jan 17, 2010 in food |

I’ve been craving pancakes with Nutella for a while now and decided after waking up late today, that I’m gonna make some. After a quick search on Food24, I found a recipe which I adapted a little. You don’t get easier than this:

250ml flour
2 large eggs
250ml milk

Create a well in the middle of the flour and crack the two eggs into it and whisk. Add milk to form batter.

When frying the pancakes on medium, you only need to add a little bit of oil once in the beginning. I ran out of Spray ‘n Cook so I used oil.

Serve with Nutella.

I got about 20 odd pancakes, crumpet sized.

You know how to make a girl go gaga…and I’m not talking the Lady variety here. I’m going to need therapy after this Nutella update ;)

When I buy pancakes, it’s the Woolies cinnamon sugared ones… no love lost ;)
