My attempt at learning Photoshop.
Before:

After:

I did this with instructions my little sister gave me via gtalk. I’m also expecting some of her Digital Imaging notes
I didn’t even attempt removing the reflection of the curtains from the glass. One step at a time.

Nice work! I wish I had Photoshop & someone to teach me
Try online tutorials. If you want, I can pass the notes along.
Hey.. not too bad for a novice
try using the Magic Wand tool the next time though. Might make it much neater at the edges…? but looks good!
I’m busy studying in depth ethical guidelines and this gives a new meaning to the social (or manipulated) construction of subjective realities
@Saajida – will try that, thanks
@Nooj – hmmm, it’s definitely interesting. I think if the person who owns the copyright to the image, he/she can do what she wants with it.
I’m not getting email notifications on comments in this post, weird.
If you didn’t mention the word ‘curtains’ I wouldn’t even have known the difference! I’ll attribute that to my chronic exhaustion
Not bad at all. I’m impressed. Once you get hooked on Photoshop, there’s no going back
Just ask Saaj.
@Azra – lol
@Mariam – thanks. Yeah, she’s helping me alot!
I figured out the notification problem – they were going into my spam folder. All fixed.
well done! … and like a magic wand it is transformed
…
my son will learn photshop before he knows how to hold a pen!
@Naqiyah – yeah, I’m getting the hang of it.
Lol! New age kids
