The Galaxy SIII Mini is aimed at consumers looking for a more affordable super smartphone without losing the benefit of key features, according to Samsung.

The Galaxy SIII Mini features a 4-inch screen (vs. a 4.8-inch on the Galaxy SIII); is powered by Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean); a 5-megapixel camera, 8GB of storage (expandable up to 32GB microSD); Samsung features like S Voice (use your voice to unlock the phone), S Beam (share 10MB files in seconds), and Smart Stay (camera tracks your eyes and keeps the screen lit as long as you are looking at it).
Pricing for the Galaxy SIII Mini starts from R4,599 (8GB) to R4,999 (16GB).
