iStore South Africa sent a mailout regarding the services it is offering during lockdown. All customers will receive online support via the technical team using live chat or via remote desktop. Support hours have been extended daily from 8am-8pm. According to the mailout, any Apple user can get access to support for free via this portal: https://www.myistore.co.za/help-center
Essential products and services:
iStore notes that all organisations or individuals who provides essential services or products during the lockdown as defined in the government notice of the Disaster Management Act, the company will provide products and repairs for these products, which include iPhone, Mac, iPads and key accessories.
