Nafisa has been in the online publishing space since 2005. She quit the travel industry to write about technology in 2007 and hasn’t looked back. She has over a decade of experience in consumer and business technology, and has written for many tech publications including TechCentral, Financial Mail, Quartz, City Press, Forbes Africa, Forbes Woman Africa, Sawubona, TFG Tech, ITWeb, Marie Claire, Destiny, and Women’s Health. Nafisa has also done corporate blogging for ShowMax, Nokia, Microsoft, Samsung, BCX, iFix, Nashua, Vodacom, Mercedes Benz and Telkom. She currently contributes tech for City Press, Forbes Africa, Forbes Woman Africa, Financial Mail, Sawubona, Your Family and Cars.co.za in a freelance capacity.
Nafisa currently serves as a judge for the Cars.co.za Consumer Awards, and previously judged the SA leg of the global TADHACK hackathon; MTN Business App of the Year; and the GirlCode Hackathon. She also judges the internal staff app awards for Entelect.
